Science, clinical testing and user feedback tell us that maximum benefit from MeridaSKIN products comes after at least 6 weeks of consistent use, and that some people have skin that temporarily looks or feels worse before it improves. With those things in mind, we honor refund requests to the original payment method within 45 days from the fulfillment date. Return shipping is at customer expense, but any shipping paid on the original order will be refunded (in effect, we pay shipping in one direction). *Only one item of each SKU is eligible for refund.
